Where do I start, firstly it was great that they could arrange a transfer for me to and from the airport, fantastic service even when I had the first flight out of Santorini. Once at the Hotel what can I say it was out standing, location away from the busy town center, but close too walk or even catch the hotel shuttle. then the room with the view, outstanding watched the sunset every night BEAUTIFUL. LOVED THE WHOLE PLACE. Breakfast was also fantastic with a choice to choose from every morning from the restaurant and the view.

The views are spectacular. It’s quiet. The free shuttle to Fira. Brilliant. The recommendation for the Santorini star cruise. Such a highlight. And the food is delicious!

We were so grateful to be given our room early after an early morning flight and this started our stay off perfectly. All of the staff were so lovely from arrival to departure. The breakfast waiters were so attentive, and we loved the breakfast selections every morning! We had a standard room, but we loved the indoor jacuzzi tub and the balcony with the stunning views for the sunsets. Our stay in Santorini would not have been the same without these sunset views and being able to enjoy a bottle of wine without the crowds. It was October, so the evenings were chilly, but there was a heater in the room and that also was amazing to be able to heat up once the sun went down. We had lunch at the restaurant and ordered room service twice and everything we ate was 10/10. The manager arranged a very well priced rental car for us during our stay and it was the perfect way for us to explore the island. Overall, there were so many things that contributed to it being an incredible stay, so so happy we chose this hotel.

The property was beautiful and pictures on the website are very accurate. Rooms and property were clean and spacious and it was lovely having our own private heated pool. Breakfast was great. While not located in the heart of Fira, getting to and from the Fira to the property was easy. Also, for anyone who has difficulty with lots of stairs on the cliffside properties, this hotel is VERY easy to access (very few stairs) with FANTASTIC VIEWS! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I wanted to say that the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, everyone from the manager, food servers, bartenders, and other staff!! They took care of our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay with them. We felt like VIP's and I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Santorini. I would rate the property 10 out of 10.

The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s in a great location, and the room had a beautiful view, which I really appreciated. I want to thank all the staff at reception and during breakfast—they were friendly and helpful, and their service made a positive difference during my stay. With some maintenance and better attention to detail, this hotel could be excellent.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Petit Palace Suites in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome,allowing us to check in early and taking the time to explain everything about the hotel, the island, and available tours. While sipping refreshments and admiring the breathtaking caldera view, the manager personally made sure we had all the information we needed. Our suite was spacious, luxurious, and came with our own private pool ,the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery. The facilities are truly world-class, and every detail of the property reflects elegance and comfort. The staff were attentive and always available whenever we needed anything, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. This is without a doubt one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and we can’t recommend Petit Palace Suites highly enough. If you’re planning a trip to Santorini, this is the place to stay! Will definately recommend 10/10

EVERYTHING! Petit Palace Suites and its staff will forever have a special place in my heart! Everything was amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. This is what hospitality looks like. I am incredibly grateful for the stay and wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone I know! Thank you all.

Wow. The view is breathtaking. You don't need to go to Oia or any other places to enjoy the famous sunset of Santorini, because you can get the best of it directly from your room. There no words to describe the location of this hotel and the views. The architecture of the hotel is amazing, built right on the rocks of the island. The staff and their service is really 5-stars, professional, kind and respectful. There is no buffet for breakfast but nevertheless you have a lot of choices of very good quality. Nice common swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds. The restaurant of the hotel is definitely worth a try.

Our cave jacuzzi was the highlight of not only our room but what made our entire trip in Santorini. The sunset and view from this spot was unparalleled. The sun was setting directly in front of our jacuzzi and it could not have been more perfect. We are so glad we decided to go with this room, which I heard is the only one of its kind in the hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. Even packed our breakfast to go on our final day as we had an early flight. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Stunning views of the caldera, including views of the infamous Santorini sunset from every terrace, balcony, room, corner of the hotel! Insanely beautiful views. Free shuttle bus to and from the centre of Fira at a range of times, which is so helpful for getting into town and adds great value, saves a lot of hassle, made life so much easier. 5-star a-la-carte breakfast. You can choose anything from the menu and customise to preferences. Food is high quality and presented to an extremely high standard. Best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel, and that includes the famous five-star hotels!! Hotel has beautiful architecture, is very new, very clean and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful - they made the stay very enjoyable. Jacuzzi was so relaxing with views of the Caldera. I cannot say enough positives about this hotel, it was the BEST STAY EVER. The best views, the best breakfast, the best everything. I want to visit again!!
